To support its growth, Koios tapped Rally On Media to create content for its crowdfunding round on WeFunder in mid-2024.
We realized early in the StoryFinding process that one of the most impactful ways to tell Koios' story would be through the voices of the users who interact with it daily.
“I loved that Rally On would help tell our story and create a collection of assets we can use and repurpose,” says Chad.
Over the next few weeks, our StoryFinding and scripting processes helped us crystallize the Koios story for investors, partners, and prospects, and identify the voices we thought would be most valuable to hear from.
Then, we put together an ambitious shoot day in NYC.
Over the course of 1 day, we shot the WeFunder campaign video with Chad at the Koios office, we visited a radiology center in Queens to capture a live Koios demo in action, and we shot testimonial videos with several different voices:
Through these voices, we triangulated the Koios story and the value it adds to its ecosystem.
“In those few minutes, I can give you a highly concentrated version of what we do and why it matters,” says Chad.
“When Dr. Yang says, ‘the first time you see Koios in action, it’s a powerful moment,’ that kinda says all that other doctors need to hear.”
Koios’ crowdfunding campaign has raised $900,000+ to date on WeFunder, with no signs of stopping.
But the testimonial videos have had impact far beyond the crowdfunding campaign.
“I send these out several times a week. It saves me from having to say, here’s 3-4 PowerPoint presentations to read through,” says Chad. “I tell people, if you take a few minutes to watch this, there’s almost nothing left for me to say. It helps me have a far richer second or third conversation with the prospect.”
“Our sales cycle could be 12-18 months. Anything we can do to shrink the sales cycle is critical. That’s why I want to get this content to as many people as possible.”
Plus, the videos go beyond sales assets. “I go to presentations around the world, anywhere from 100 to 2000 people. Before I go one stage, we show a couple minutes of Dr. Yang or the others speaking. So when I get up, I can more quickly get to, ‘what questions do you have?’”
“We’ve also used these for training and internal videos. That’s been a tremendous efficiency driver,” says Chad.
Koios is strapped into its rocketship of growth and seems unstoppable. By capturing impactful content from within its ecosystem, we hope to have helped add a bit of rocket fuel.
